I stayed in the Monta Rosa block above the ski shop lockers, which were free. The rooms were spacious and mostly clean, although poorly equipped. They were warm, comfortable, and clean but lacked proper sound isolation.

The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being unresponsive, but overall, they were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was perfect, close to ski school and lifts, though some areas needed refurbishment. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good variety of dishes but lacking in organization. The facilities, including the pool, gym, and sauna, were well-maintained and pleasant.
My ski apartment was sadly aged, unloved, and dilapidated, though of a decent size. The service from Crystal was outstanding, offering a variety of activities and great entertainment. The location was perfect, right by the piste and opposite the ski school. The dining experience was a bit of a shambles despite friendly staff. Overall, mixed feelings about this hotel.
